Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you accept my insurance?

A: Our providers currently accept OHP PacificSource Community Solutions CCO and Intercommunity Health Net CCO. Select providers in our office accept Providence, Cigna, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, FirstChoiceHealth, AETNA, and MODA insurance plans.
Please contact our office with any questions you may have regarding insurance benefits, coverage, or network status. Your insurance provider may offer partial coverage for out-of-network services.

Q: Are you accepting new clients?

A: Yes! The best way to inquire about new client availability is to give us a ring. Please be aware there may be a waiting period for new client requests.

Q: What is the intake process for new clients?

A: After gathering your client contact information, we will verify insurance coverage (if applicable) and discuss your benefits with you- that is, whether or not you with have a copy per appointment, deductible to reach, etc. You will receive secure access to your client portal, where you will complete the required new client paperwork and questionnaires. Your initial appointment will be 50-90 minutes, as determined by your provider, after which you will meet with your provider for 50 minutes each session unless otherwise coordinated.

Q: Do you provide medication management, or can you prescribe medication?

A: No, unfortunately at this time, Riverfront does not hold prescribing privileges. We will happily coordinate with your primary care physician for any medication management needs.

Q: Are you offering in-person services or Telehealth services?

A: Select providers are offering only remote services, while others are offering both in person and remote sessions.

If you have any questions that we have not answered here, please don't hesitate to give our office a call or send us an email.
